Martina Schneider-Kremer is responsible for the realisation, distribution, design and further development of all WBGU publishing projects. She also supports WBGU's public relations work, organises events and manages the reference library. Martina Schneider-Kremer studied German language and literature as well as sociology at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and completed an apprenticeship as a publishing clerk at Econ-Verlag Düsseldorf after completing her master's degree. After working for a short time in the press and public relations department of CW Niemeyer Verlag Hameln, she supported the establishment of the National Global Change Secretariat at the Alfred Wegener Institute for Polar and Marine Research in Bremerhaven. Subsequently, she joined the Scientific Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU).
