Marcel J. Dorsch

Marcel J. Dorsch is a researcher for Political Science and Global Governance at the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU) and a doctoral research fellow at the Mercator Research Institute on Global Commons and Climate Change (MCC). His current research projects include digitization and sustainable development, the concept of polycentric global climate governance, the EU ETS policy process, the narrative and governance of the Global Commons as well as procedural institutionalizations of the Science-Policy-Interface. 
Before joining WBGU and MCC, Marcel gained experience in different academic and political environments including GIZ, German Parliament, UN Vienna, academia. He holds a master’s degree in political science and a Diploma degree in pedagogy.
