Contributions and draft chapters on a wide range of topics, such as biodiversity (including biodiversity governance), biology, ecology, land use, environmental protection, systems analysis and planetary guard rails. Member of the German Delegation to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), participation in further UN negotiations (UNESCO-MAB, CSD, Rio+5). Member of the Advisory Council of INA-Vilm (BfN; 2012-2018), Review Editor of the APCC (2014), member of the Scientific Committee of the German UNESCO Commission (2000-2009).
